I must say that the customer service you have is the best in the business (or any other internet based site i know of) I mentioned in my last order that I didnt recieve one of my samples and without even asking for a replacement, you sent me one, that is why i will ALWAYS order my kratom from tkk from now on, thanks alot!

11/21 TKK Update:  Unfortunately shipping errors happen from time to time.  Once we have been notified of an error, we will always reship or replace any such mishaps ASAP.
