What a waste.. |

Didn't even look like what they describe as "dark red." More of a light tan color. Purchased a 5g sample and glad that's all I purchased. Took all 5g and nothing. Absolutely nothing.

I take turns ordering through my fav vendors, and this is going around. I have received product with the same aroma from other very reputable vendor, the likelihood is that several have purchased from the same wholesaler. The scent upon opening the bag is questionable, but I personally enjoy the aroma once burned. It was explained to me by a vendor that some trees are cultivated in humidity domes, esp if the weather isn't the best and trees are affected, and the domes smell just like that. If it is wet a lot outside then the leaves may not dry completely, resulting is a slight decomposition. Another reason, I was told, is that if a brown leaf gets dried harvested, they will leave the smell of decomposition that can permeate through the batch and the smell doesn't fade away. Hope this helps. Like I said though, it isn't just TKK that is offering it. Vendors found on popular forum sites have offered this too under such names Yellow Malysian and Red Vein Indo.

More like an extract |

In terms of how this effects people I think its more like an extract, works well for some and not at all for others. Although it smells more like wet leaves than kratom. I definetly recommend ordering a sample before buying larger quantities.

and it was pretty weak. Not sure if I really felt the effects, for a while maybe a placebo thing was going on. Not the best product, for the price at 8.75 an oz bali is a way better deal more potent.
